Outstanding. I'm not sure if the use of onomatopoeia is deliberate but it is most definitely effective. What's amazing is that it's a story about sparklers that takes about the same time to read as a sparkler sparkles. Great work. 👍
Thanks, Alex. With so few words to play with, I found I needed to choose each one carefully, for its meaning but also for its sound & musicality — almost like a poem. At least that’s what I was trying to do.
